Barbara has taught many seminars of the Lightning Process both in the UK and in Norway. The clients displayed a variety of symptoms prior to the training and, after the three day training, they found the symptoms had greatly reduced or had vanished completely.
Barbara also teaches the Lightning Process on a 1-to-1 basis as she has found that she is better able to tailor the delivery to suit the client therefore making it easier for them to understand and use the process.

Follow up call or appointment about 7-10 days after completion the training – about 30 minutes.
The training package includes the Lightning Process CD by Phil Parker for you to take home.
Are you ready?
The Lightning Process is a training programme and you will need to do a lot of work on yourself. You will be required to explore and examine your core belief structure and you will be asked to agree with and put your signature to the following.
I promise that during the training I will;
- Deeply and honestly examine my beliefs.
- Be available for coaching at all times.
- Change anything that my trainer identifies as destructive.
- Be open to feedback of the trainer and my fellow trainees.
- Recognise that I have blind spots that I don’t even know I have.
When you think you are ready, contact me and I will send you an application form. Once this is completed and returned to me, with payment, I will go through the form and then complete the application process by doing a short Telephone Assessment call. When this has been successfully completed, then dates for the training can be either arranged or confirmed, if dates have been tentatively booked earlier. It is at this stage that cheques will be banked or a money transfer will be requested.
